Includes: Water, Trash, Lawncare, BlueStream Cable TV, Palm Tree Trimming, Recycling, Activities Center, Gated Security- with patrols

Utilities -

Electric - $25/month (but we are frequently not present. Obviously more while occupied)

Internet Provider - BlueStream Fiber $39/mo

Our current plan has both 5ghz and 2.4ghz  signals to our house. Never been an issue streaming videos, surfing net, and gaming simultaneously (other plans available) This allows for wireless camera use - so we can remotely monitor the home while we are out of state.
